BIOGRAPHY

Erin Yabroudy joined Beacham & Company in February 2008 and quickly established herself as one of the company's top performers.

A resident of Ansley Park, she specializes in that area and is excited about bringing the Beacham & Company brand to her neighborhood and others such as Morningside and Virginia-Highlands.

Erin also has a significant track record of success in Buckhead, as the former Garden Hills resident was a top 15 companywide agent in the Buckhead office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage prior to joining Beacham & Company.

Among her many civic involvements, Erin is a chairperson of the 2008 Ansley Park Tour of Homes and a member of the Ansley Park Garden Club and the Cathedral of St. Philip. She is also a Morningside Elementary PTA member and a former member of the First Presbyterian School Board of Directors.

 

Prior to her real estate career, Erin was an elementary school teacher and worked in the corporate office of The Home Depot. She is a native of Athens, Ga. and 1992 graduate of Vanderbilt University. She and her husband, Ron, have three children a black Labrador Retriever.

My fiancée and I closed on our first home today in the Virginia Highlands.  

 

Let me rewind…

 

In January Andrea and I set out on a quest to find the perfect home in which to start our new lives together.  After researching the internet for realtors with experience in the Va. Highlands area and calling around we toured our first home with a Re-Max agent who immediately turned us off for various reasons.  The next day I spoke with my father who lives in Greensboro, NC telling him this and he asked if I wanted him to contact Jerry Attkisson, someone he had recently met at a Christmas party in Greensboro and who was apparently very involved in Atlanta real estate.

 

Jerry’s reply to my father’s inquiry was:

 

Van, I’m back in Atlanta and have given some thought to the right agent to help Troy in his hunt for a house.  First, I would like to meet Troy and his fiancée and learn more about what they are looking for and areas they would consider.  My top recommendation for an agent is Erin Yabroudy and if that is a fit I will introduce her to you.  Give me a call or email and let me know when you are available and suggest a place to meet.

 

Rudely enough I bypassed Jerry and immediately gave Erin a call and we were off seeing houses the next day.  

 

Fast forward to today….

 

Erin is a wonderful, caring, and delightful person who we fully expect to remain friends with for years to come.  In a professional light, Erin’s expertise of the buying process, the market, and investment approach was stellar and we could not have been more pleased…HONESTLY.  We were lucky enough to attend the Beacham open house to tour Erin’s new luxury workspace and your beautiful office.  It does not seem possible to Andrea and I, but if Erin is able to provide the same experience for her other clients as she has provided us, Beacham and Co. is in for some big awards.
